Job summary

Publicis Groupe in the United States seeks a visionary leader to set the standards for AI agent and skill development on the Marcel platform, auditing complex business processes and architecting scalable, measurable workflows across media data and AI-native building.

You will manage and grow a team, design vertical-specific platform and service solutions, and lead cross-functional, consulting-style projects to scale AI adoption across data, media, and marketing.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Economics, or a strategy-related discipline.
• 7-10 years of experience in marketing and media agencies or adjacent organizations, leading complex strategic initiatives.
• Experience with cloud environments and marketing technology.
• Ability to translate recommendations into scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Experience leading and developing teams across co-located and virtual environments.
• Excellent strategic thinker using data and intuition to set direction.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and design of vertical-specific AI workflows and solutions for the Marcel platform.
• Lead the approach for adapting cross-vertical capabilities or bespoke client flows.
• Collaborate with Product, Strategy, Engineering, Data Science, and Delivery to scope and price proposals.
• Present use cases with compelling storytelling and demos to gain buy-in.
• Shape commercial models, priorities, and timelines to meet client expectations and program goals.
• Influence platform roadmaps with vertical needs and market priorities.
• Establish feedback loops to identify challenges and scale use cases.
• Develop enablement materials to support internal teams and new business pursuits.
