This role requires strong collaboration with Product, Strategy, Engineering, Data Science and Delivery, shaping vertical solutions and aligning commercial models with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing workflows and making strategic recommendations aligned with business objectives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Experience with cloud environments and marketing technology solution design.

Responsibilities

• Vertical Solution Design: Translate business needs into AI workflows and platform capabilities.
• Path-to-Solution Evaluation: Decide when to adapt existing capabilities or design bespoke flows.
• Cross-Functional Scoping: Collaborate with Product, Strategy, Engineering, Data Science and Delivery to scope proposals.
• Storytelling & Demos: Present use cases mapping client challenges to platform capabilities with live demos.
• Commercial Alignment: Align on commercial models and timelines with client expectations.
• Roadmap Influence: Feed client and market needs into platform roadmaps and input.
• Feedback Loop Management: Identify client friction and guide future enhancements.
• Internal Enablement: Create solution overviews and learning materials for internal teams.
