Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 8-10+ years of managerial experience.
• PMP Certification.
• MBA.
• Experience with financial products.
• Working knowledge of the industry and competitors’ products and services.
• Advanced knowledge of strategic direction of the function within relevant part of the business.
• Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated leadership, management, and development skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop multiple teams to accomplish goals and handle personnel duties.
• Prepare and present regular team/project reviews to senior management.
• Drive design and development of system architecture and work with end-users to improve deliverables.
• Monitor budgeting, planning, policy formation, and contribute to future strategy.
• Ensure change control and regulatory reporting compliance.
• Research and resolve issues and escalate to senior management as needed.
• Lead disaster recovery plans and testing, plus approvals for new apps.
• Engage staff with local forums and cross-team updates.
• Define and implement best practices for the department and maintain transparency.
