Competenze

• Minimum 10 years of Java development experience.
• Proven leadership and strategic influencing abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience building enterprise web applications with Java EE.
• Knowledge of Spring Microservices and concurrency.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Oracle DB and JMS.
• Experience with AI agentic systems is a plus.
