Qualifications

• 6-10 years in Financial Services or similar domain.
• Experience as Applications Development Manager.
• Senior level experience in Applications Development.
• Stakeholder and people management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proven project management skills.
• Knowledge of industry practices and standards.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage one or more Applications Development teams and conduct personnel duties.
• Provide technical oversight across systems and applications.
• Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects.
• Contribute to strategies for applications development and related areas.
• Develop knowledge of how business areas integrate to meet goals.
• Provide evaluative judgment based on data in complex situations.
• Monitor delivery, participate in budget management, and handle day-to-day staff issues.
• Define standards and negotiate with external parties when needed.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance, safeguarding Citi and assets, while escalating control issues.
