You will guide cross-functional partnerships, define KPIs, and embed analytics into product, marketing, and operations. The role emphasizes leadership, governance, and the use of AI tools to shape best practices and outcomes across the organization.

Formación

• 12+ years in analytics with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven ability to scale analytics functions to align with business strategy.
• Strong communication and executive storytelling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the analytics team across multiple client groups and regions.
• Define capability roadmap and scalable org structure.
• Translate client objectives into analytic frameworks and roadmaps.
• Guide senior client relationships and analytics transformation projects.
• Align department goals with company strategy and vision.
• Manage Director-level leaders and succession planning.
• Lead performance planning, calibration, and promotions.
• Identify process, tooling, or training improvements.
• Represent analytics in senior executive forums and shape external reputation.
• Leverage AI, automation, and technology to elevate work quality and efficiency.
