Omnicom's Hearts & Science division seeks a Senior Director of Business Analytics to lead multiple analytics teams in a hybrid New York and Dallas setting. The role drives client strategy, segmentation, and advanced analytics, shaping data-driven marketing decisions across campaigns.

You will mentor senior staff, partner with planning and investment teams, and stay ahead of industry trends while delivering measurable business impact for major clients.

Qualifications

• Advanced analytics, data storytelling, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with data platforms, ERP/CRM systems, and BI tools.
• Proven leadership and client relationship experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to identify business problems / opportunities and develop practical analytics roadmaps to make measurable impact on business outcomes.
• Lead the consumer segmentation and audience identification processes.
• Mentor and develop direct reports: assess capabilities, create growth roadmaps and set goals.
• Partner with the Planning and Investment teams on annual budget setting, media plan development and ongoing budget / plan optimization.
