Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred.
12+ years of relevant field or industry experience in digital workplace, automation, endpoint management, or related areas.
Deep understanding of Digital Workplace vendors and how markets interact.
Strong research, writing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Create innovative, must-have insights content on digital workplace priorities and end-user services.
Develop ideas through thought leadership to address client needs.
Analyze client barriers to drive strategy forward and provide actionable guidance.
Deliver high-value presentations for Gartner events and client briefings.
Support sales by serving as voice of the market to drive engagement with clients.
