Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Analyst to lead content creation and client engagements within the Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group.

The role centers on agentic AI technologies for securing IT infrastructure, possessing broad tech knowledge and the ability to translate research into actionable client guidance. You will mentor peers, develop insights, and present at Gartner events while supporting sales teams and client discussions with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in infrastructure cybersecurity, secure networking, or related IT domains.
• Knowledge of major infrastructure cybersecurity AI offerings from top vendors.
• Expertise in agentic AI architectures and autonomous cybersecurity agents.
• Understanding multi-agent cybersecurity systems and orchestration.
• Executive presence and ability to engage C-level stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Create innovative, thought-provoking, must-have insights content.
• Develop new insights and practical approaches for client needs.
• Analyze root causes of client barriers and reframing strategy.
• Demonstrate thought leadership across a team of analysts.
• Present high-value materials for Gartner events and client briefings.
• Provide sales support and voice of the market to drive engagement.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to service delivery quality.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
