Job summary

Gartner, Inc. seeks a Senior Director Analyst in Digital Workplace Infrastructure and Operations to guide CIOs and Heads of I&O. You’ll deliver industry-leading insights, shape research agendas, and mentor peers while balancing reliability, security, cost and employee experience in a hybrid, AI-enabled workplace.

You will advise on operating models, tooling, vendors, and organizational capabilities to scale while managing risk. Expect travel up to 25% and engagement with Gartner clients globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant field in digital workplace strategies and operations.
• Deep understanding of Digital Workplace markets and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, must-have insights content for Head of I&O priorities.
• Develop in-depth analyses to identify root causes and guide strategy.
• Provide high quality content and conduct peer reviews to support BTI and Sales.
• Deliver presentations for Gartner events and client briefings.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across the Insights community.
