Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Senior Director within the Business and Technology Insights group to develop must-have insights and lead thought leadership that informs CIOs and senior technology executives. You will translate strategy into strategic investments, balance cost and value, and guide multi-year technology programs while engaging executives globally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred.
12+ years of relevant field or industry experience.
Ability to develop differentiated thought leadership and strategic frameworks for CIOs/Technology Executives.
Proven experience applying valuation, financial forecasting, and strategic analysis to major investments.
Ability to translate corporate strategy and AI/transformational tech into strategic business cases.

Responsibilities

Create innovative, thought-provoking, must-have insights content.
Develop in-depth analyses to identify root causes and drive strategy forward.
Demonstrate thought leadership across the team of analysts and with Gartner leaders.
Provide clients with actionable, market-aligned guidance via virtual or in-person interactions.
Create high-value presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings.
Support BTI and Sales with voice of the market to drive client engagement.
