Job summary

Loloi Rugs, a family‑owned textile brand, seeks a Senior Director of eCommerce for Amazon to lead strategy, growth, and cross‑functional execution across US and Canada. The role blends hands‑on execution with long‑term planning in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

You will own advertising, content optimization, promotions, and forecasting, partnering with marketing, operations, and external agencies to maximize traffic, conversions, and brand equity.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in Amazon US/Canada 1P account management.
• Proven success scaling large Amazon businesses.
• Deep experience with Amazon advertising (Streaming, DSP, Sponsored).
• Strong Vendor Central proficiency and P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Amazon strategy, roadmap, budgets, and launches for US/Canada.
• Own relationships with Amazon and Loloi; drive negotiations and JBPs.
• Oversee content optimization, SEO, and merchandising across listings.
• Analyze performance, forecast sales, and report to SVP.
