Lola Blankets, a fast-growing comfort and lifestyle brand, seeks a Director of Ecommerce to own the online experience end to end across desktop and mobile, including site strategy, merchandising, search, and conversion.

You will lead data-driven testing, collaborate with Growth leadership, and drive revenue growth through optimization and new product launch UX. Hybrid in NYC/Salt Lake City; remote in select states.

Competenze

• 10+ years ecommerce experience with Shopify DTC.
• Proven testing track record with data-driven optimization.
• Fluent in AI-enabled DTC stack and applied AI to speed outputs.
• Experience writing specs and scoping builds for engineers.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end site strategy and roadmap across desktop and mobile web.
• Drive ecommerce performance via funnel optimization, UX improvements and Shopify management.
• Own ecommerce aspects of new product launches: landing pages, pre-order flows, launch-day experience.
• Maintain site stability, speed and uptime with a peak-readiness plan for Q4.
• Own agency, developer and vendor relationships end to end.
