• 15+ years in cybersecurity across multiple domains (infrastructure, app, IR, identity, threat intel)
• 8+ years in senior leadership roles managing managers and coaching senior leaders
• Proven track record transforming security programs for SaaS at scale

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end Slack Security program across Platform Defense, Product Security, Infrastructure Protection, IAM, Vulnerability Management, and IR
• Lead and scale a globally distributed security engineering organization
• Serve as Incident Commander for critical security incidents and lead post-incident learning
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Security peers to maintain Slack as a trusted platform for users and AI agents
• Benchmark Slack's security posture against peers and establish a world-class program
• Foster a security-first culture across the engineering organization through training and tooling
