Responsibilities

• Own and run Slack Security program across Platform Defense, Product Security, IAM, and incident response.
• Lead a globally distributed security engineering organization and hire top security leaders.
• Serve as Incident Commander for major incidents with executive-level guidance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal and Compliance to champion Slack Security.
• Benchmark posture against peers and foster a security-focused culture.
