• Security strategy and hands-on architecture reviews.
• Related technical degree required.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end security vision and roadmap for Slack and Slack Security program.
• Lead globally distributed security engineering org and act as Incident Commander.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal and Compliance to maintain trust and security across the platform.
• Benchmark Slack's security posture against industry peers and drive a world-class program.
• Cultivate a security-minded culture across the engineering organization via training and tooling.
