Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Senior Director of Security Engineering to elevate security across Slack and the broader AI-enabled Slack Work OS. • 15+ years of cybersecurity experience across infrastructure, application security, incident response, identity and threat intelligence.
• 8+ years in senior leadership roles managing managers and mentoring senior leaders.
• Proven track record building and scaling enterprise security programs for SaaS at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the end-to-end Slack security vision and road-map for AI-enabled work platforms.
• Lead and scale a globally distributed security engineering organization, recruiting and developing top talent.
• Serve as Incident Commander for critical security incidents and provide strategic guidance to executives.
