You will lead and develop a high-performing team, drive growth, and contribute to a dynamic, culture-focused organization. The role requires travel up to 50% and offers an uncapped commission plan with accelerators.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and developing a sales team including recruiting, coaching and training for account executives.
• Public sector experience preferred.
• Ability to craft strategic plans and forecasts for sales growth.
