Job summary

Merck is seeking an experienced, strategic leader to evolve the ServiceNow portfolio and data foundation for IT, Security, and business divisions. You will own enterprise data strategy, CMDB evolution, and AI-enabled workflows, partnering across Manufacturing, Research & Labs, and global teams.

The role is hybrid, based in Rahway, NJ, with 3 days in office per week. Demonstrated ability to drive policy, governance, and measurable business outcomes is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree in a relevant field with extensive experience in data platform leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise data and ServiceNow platform strategy.
• Strong governance, data quality, and AI-ready data foundation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Frame strategic vision and enable delivery of ServiceNow platform services across divisions.
• Own strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes for data management capabilities including CMDB.
• Lead a global organization with cross-functional stakeholders and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with architecture, security, and governance leaders to enable AI-enabled workflows.
