Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Director to lead PGS and Enterprise Solutions Data Strategy & Architecture, shaping the data architecture, standards and governance for AI-ready data products. You will partner with business data owners to define roadmaps and ensure scalable, compliant data solutions across global domains.

You will drive canonical data models, data contracts, and governance policies while managing a world-class team of domain architects and stewards.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data architecture, management or engineering with 7+ years leading teams
• Experience owning enterprise data architecture, models and standards at scale
• Applied knowledge of AI technologies and AI-ready data strategies
• Able to influence senior stakeholders across business and technology

Responsibilities

• Define and own target-state technical data architecture and multi-year roadmap.
• Own canonical data model and domain ontologies with open standards.
• Lead data contracts, schema standards, and data product definitions with owners.
• Sign-off on data and integration standards across federated models.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of architects and stewards.
• Establish data governance in a regulated (GxP) environment.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Data Fabric, Loom, AI Center of Excellence and other teams.
