Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a technical product leader for the Agentforce initiative, blending startup speed with enterprise reach.

You will own AI quality strategy, partner with researchers, engineers, and product teams, and guide experiments from learning through delivery. You will lead a hands-on IC role through 2027, shaping evaluation frameworks, managing customer investigations, and coaching junior colleagues while ensuring alignment with business outcomes.

Formación

• Experience building AI/ML products with measurable customer outcomes.
• Hands-on ability to inspect data and traces, prototype with coding agents, reason about experiments.
• Ability to coach and mentor without formal reporting authority in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Set product strategy and roadmap for AI quality and evaluation.
• Define shared quality definitions, evaluation requirements, and release criteria.
• Lead customer investigations and experiments to test changes and validate impact.
• Build operating approach connecting feedback, evaluation, experiments, and learning.
• Coach partners and managers in problem framing, experimentation, and delivery.
