Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a senior software engineer to advance the Agentforce environment and internal agents. You will enable T&P teams to build, deploy, and scale AI-driven productivity by defining standards and best practices, and delivering essential upskilling and operationalization.

You will build out foundational components of a generic support agent and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure product success and reliable pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience with Java/C#/OOP concepts and RESTful services.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and agile development practices.
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud deployment in AWS.

Responsibilities

• Directly contribute to the development and delivery of the Agentforce environment and ADLC.
• Define standards and best practices for internal agents and enable scale.
• Collaborate with internal builders and customers to ensure product success.
• Absorb support work from the Internal Agents Program, especially Pipelines with iADLC.
