Qualifications

10–13 years of progressive product management leadership, ideally within SaaS, AI, IoT, or physical security industries.
Technical depth with AI/ML workflows (Edge vs. Cloud), VMS, and API-driven ecosystem integrations.
Strategic vision to distill broad directives into prioritized roadmaps for engineering teams.
Security mindset with enterprise-grade security protocols including FedRAMP, SOC2, or similar.
Strong communication to convey complex concepts to executives and stakeholders.
Analytical, data-driven approach to ROI and utilization metrics.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a multi-year product strategy for Intelligence and Ecosystem pillars.
Oversee integration of Edge and Cloud AI analytics and deterrent efficacy tools.
Lead ecosystem integrations with Genetec, Milestone, and alert platforms to centralize site intelligence.
Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure releases are viable and market-ready.
Establish KPIs for uptime, alert accuracy, and platform utilization to measure ROI.
Oversee governance for security standards including SOC2, FedRAMP, GovCloud.
