Job summary

LVT is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management in Seattle, WA to lead Intelligence and Ecosystem Delivery, reporting to the Chief Product Officer, and to guide a team of PMs toward exponential growth.

You will shape multi-year roadmaps, drive Edge and Cloud AI analytics, oversee integrations with Genetec, Milestone, Fusus, and Immix, and ensure SOC2/FedRAMP compliance while delivering a seamless user experience across mobile app, Command Center, and Field Service tools.

Qualifications

• 10–13 years of progressive product management leadership.
• Deep familiarity with AI/ML workflows and VMS integrations.
• Security/compliance knowledge (FedRAMP, SOC2) and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a multi-year product strategy for Intelligence and Ecosystem.
• Lead AI/Analytics integration of Edge and Cloud capabilities.
• Oversee ecosystem integrations with Genetec, Milestone, Fusus, Immix.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing on releases.
• Establish KPIs like uptime, alert accuracy, ROI.
• Ensure governance: SOC2, FedRAMP, GovCloud compliance.
