Job summary

LiveView Technologies seeks a Senior Director of Product Management in Seattle to lead strategic vision for Intelligence and Ecosystem Delivery. You will bridge organizational goals with technical execution across Prevent, Respond, and Recover pillars while guiding a high-performing team of product managers.

Based in Seattle with travel to HQ in Utah or client sites, you will shape the end-to-end user journey, driving rapid alert management and forensic search capabilities across Edge and Cloud

Qualifications

• 10–13 years of progressive product management leadership experience.
• Deep familiarity with AI/ML workflows (Edge vs. Cloud).
• Experience with Video Management Systems (VMS) and API-driven ecosystem integrations.
• Strong understanding of security/compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, SOC2).

Responsibilities

• Define and own a multi-year product strategy for Intelligence and Ecosystem pillars.
• Lead AI/ Analytics initiatives across Edge and Cloud platforms.
• Oversee ecosystem integrations with VMS providers (Genetec, Milestone) and alert platforms (Fusus, Immix).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales and Marketing to ensure viable, market-ready releases.
• Establish and monitor KPIs including uptime, alert accuracy, and ROI of the intelligence suite.
• Champion security governance across SOC2, FedRAMP, GovCloud.
• Advocate for exceptional user experience across LVT Mobile App, Command Center, and Field Service tools.
