Job summary

LVT in Seattle seeks a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the vision for Intelligence and Ecosystem Delivery, bridging strategy and execution across Prevent, Respond, and Recover pillars. You will lead a top-tier PM team and architect seamless user journeys translating edge and cloud AI analytics into rapid alerting and forensic search capabilities.

The role requires 15+ years in product leadership, deep AI/ML and VMS expertise, and a strong security mindset to navigate FedRAMP/SOC2.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive product management leadership in SaaS, AI, IoT, or security industries
• Deep familiarity with AI/ML workflows (Edge vs. Cloud), Video Management Systems (VMS), and API-driven ecosystem integrations
• Security mindset with experience navigating FedRAMP, SOC2, or similar compliance frameworks
• Excellent communication and ability to articulate complex concepts to executives and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Define and own a multi-year product strategy for Intelligence and Ecosystem pillars.
• Drive AI/Analytics leadership across Edge and Cloud analytics, talkdown features, and deterrent tools.
• Lead ecosystem integrations with VMS leaders (Genetec, Milestone) and alert platforms (Fusus, Immix).
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure technically sound, market-ready releases.
• Establish KPIs on uptime, alert accuracy, deterrent efficacy, and platform usage.
• Oversee governance and compliance for security standards (SOC2, FedRAMP).
• Advocate for user experience across LVT Mobile App, Command Center, and Field Service tools
