Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience, including 3+ years leading and scaling a design team or function.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design across a multi-product ecosystem.
• Experience transforming technical or data-dense systems into intuitive enterprise UX.
• Experience owning or contributing to a design system.
• AI-native design leadership with concrete examples.
• Cross-functional advocacy with Product, Engineering, go-to-market.
• Experience applying user research to product decisions.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Set the UX vision and design strategy across hardware, deployment, and software.
• Platform-scale UX: connect product lines into a cohesive workflow.
• Translate complex telemetry and monitoring data into intuitive experiences.
• Lead, grow, and mentor a full design team.
• Drive AI-native workflows and adoption of AI tools within design and engineering.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to advocate for design-led thinking.
• Establish and maintain scalable design standards and systems.
• Champion user research and translate insights into product direction.
• Set and uphold high design craft standards and contribute to key initiatives.
• Recruit, hire, and retain designers and researchers as the team grows.
• Report on design outcomes and their business impact.
