Job summary

LiveView Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Applied AI to own end-to-end delivery of its GenAI-powered security deterrence product. The role sits atop LVT's perception stack and turns detections into spoken action in the real world.

You will own both the GenAI harness and the surrounding application code from design through production, ensuring precision and safety in real-world operation while collaborating with backend, ML, and data teams to ship features that scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building and shipping production software
• Experience with GenAI/AI-powered products and orchestration
• Strong Python and application-stack design, APIs and backend systems

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Ownership: From design through production and field iteration, including architecture and rollout
• Detection-to-Response harness development: orchestration, prompting, voice generation and regression testing
• Precision & Safety: define and enforce real-world actuation accuracy across conditions
• Application Engineering: build services and APIs wrapping detection and voice into a reliable product
• Cross-Team Integration: work with ML scientists, data teams, and platform teams
• Build-vs-Buy: advise on model hosting, voice/TTS choices, and platform shared capabilities
