The role requires deep fintech/payments knowledge, a track record of 0-to-1 platform launches, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Architecture and AI teams to deliver scalable solutions. Remote work within the U.S. is available.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Product Management experience in Payments/FinTech.
• 5+ years leading payment platforms, fintech products, and enterprise software capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Security, Compliance, and executives.
• Deep Payments/FinTech platform experience: payment processing, orchestration, reconciliation, settlement.
• Proven ability to take a platform/product from concept to launch, adoption, and scale (0-to-1).
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, cloud-native systems, integrations, and enterprise delivery.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive executive-level decisions.
• Exceptional executive communication skills translating technical complexity into business outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Payments 2.0 and CCS 2.0.
• Lead transition from legacy systems to scalable, configurable, AI-native, API-first platforms.
• Balance near-term delivery with platform scalability, adoption, and business value.
• Lead platform capabilities across payments, onboarding, fulfillment, reconciliation, reporting, and integrations.
• Establish governance, cadence, KPIs, and executive dashboards for platform success.
• Partner with executives to prioritize investments and manage cost, scope, and value.
