Greystar’s D²AI organization is seeking a Director of Decision Intelligence for Property Operations. You will lead the embedded analytics pod, owning problem discovery, delivery quality, and enterprise alignment.

You’ll hire and mentor analytics engineers and establish AI governance, collaborating with Property Operations leadership to drive measurable operational improvements and scalable data platforms. You’ll shape the pod’s roadmap, ensure credible AI tooling choices, and represent the pod

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics, analytics engineering, data science, or related field.
• 3+ years leading teams and building high-performing analytics groups.
• Track record of changing business decisions with analyticswork.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Property Operations Pod and own its roadmap and outcomes.
• Define delivery approach, quality, and alignment with enterprise priorities.
• Hire, develop, and retain analytics engineers on the pod.
• Partner with Property Operations leadership to build a shared roadmap.
• Set AI governance and tooling standards for the pod.
