Job summary

Greystar's D²AI organization powers analytics and AI across the company. This role leads the Property Operations pod, spanning on-site teams, performance, and operational execution for the world’s largest apartment portfolio.

You will hire, develop, and retain analytics engineers, shape the career path and performance standards, and push for durable, scalable solutions with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics, analytics engineering, data science, or related discipline.
• 3+ years leading teams.
• Experience building and running a high-performing analytics team.
• Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders as a peer.
• Experience embedded in an operations-heavy business, ideally real estate or asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Property Operations Pod and shape the work with leadership.
• Own delivery: sequencing, quality, and adoption of outputs.
• Go deep on property operations to surface opportunities.
• Ensure the pod remains a standing part of the business and scalable.
• Identify and promote products for graduation onto shared platforms (GPS, Podium).
• Set and uphold AI/technical standards and governance.
