Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Director of Product based in the United States. The role drives vision and strategy for a portfolio of internal and client-facing digital products, including AI-enabled tools and data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in product management or product leadership.
• 2+ years managing Product Managers or product teams.
• Proven ability to define product vision across a portfolio and consolidate overlapping tools into a coherent platform.
• Experience delivering both internal tools and external client-facing software, including AI-enabled, automation, and data-driven apps.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with KPI and dashboard experience.
• Familiarity with PRDs, acceptance criteria, prioritization, pilots, and rollouts.
• Ability to participate credibly in architecture and technical delivery discussions with technology leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Strong product design and UX judgment informed by user research and adoption metrics.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, AI-accelerated environment with AI tools and cloud platforms (e.g., Claude Code, GCP).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with execution discipline and balanced business judgment.
• Must be located in the United States and authorized to work there. Visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision for the product technology portfolio, including internal apps, automation, AI capabilities, and external software products.
• Ensure systems and applications work together as a unified, scalable ecosystem.
• Manage the product portfolio: build, integrate, consolidate, retire, or purchase with clear purposes and audiences.
• Partner with technology leadership to align product and technical architectures for long-term scalability.
• Develop internal tools to help service teams deliver marketing services more efficiently and intelligently.
• Lead strategy for client-facing products, including analytics offerings and future market opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers with clear operating rhythms and standards.
• Provide implementation-ready requirements and well-defined PRDs/acceptance criteria to development teams.
• Guide timelines, roadmaps, and prioritize initiatives by business and customer impact.
• Oversee product intake, feedback, pilots, and rollouts with production-readiness criteria.
• Define product KPIs and report on adoption, usage, and cost savings.
• Translate product performance data into actionable business insights.
• Monitor AI/automation developments and evaluate adoption based on evidence and strategic fit.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support objectives.
