Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a senior technology leader to drive the delivery of an AI-native digital insurance platform. You will guide multi-department strategy, govern AI-enabled engineering practices, and ensure scalable, secure, high-performance solutions in production.

You will collaborate with executives, set standards for governance, and mentor teams across the organization to accelerate innovation while maintaining risk controls.

Qualifications

• Proven track record using AI coding assistants to accelerate development cycles and coach teams.
• Experience designing and deploying agentic systems in production.
• Drives adoption of AI-augmented engineering culture and governance.
• Experience leading multi-organization adoption of agentic AI-enabled operating models.
• Deep understanding of responsible AI risk, controls, and resiliency expectations.
• Deep expertise in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability for digital platforms.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical strategy and delivery of a new digital insurance platform with AI-native capabilities.
• Direct and manage all aspects of technology delivery across departments.
• Lead multiple technology implementations to achieve firmwide objectives.
• Set and scale multi-department strategy for agentic AI-enabled engineering and SDLC/TLM automation.
• Apply knowledge of SDLC tools and AI-assisted development to enable cross-domain reuse and capacity gains.
• Interface with senior leaders and executives to drive consensus on objectives.
• Manage multiple stakeholders, complex projects, and large cross-product collaborations.
• Influence peer leaders across business, product, and technology teams.
