Job summary

Invoca is seeking a Senior Director of Product to own Revenue Intelligence & Analytics. You will lead four scrum teams and four direct reports, owning Integrations, Insights & Analytics, Interaction Tracking, and Data Standardization.

You’ll report to the EVP of Product and participate in strategic discussions at the leadership level. The role emphasizes turning unstructured communication data into structured, actionable insights, with a strong AI perspective and a track record of shipping

Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise SaaS product management.
4+ years managing other product managers or product leaders.
Experience turning unstructured data into structured, AI-driven insights.
Experience owning a customer-facing analytics/BI product.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and roadmap across Integrations, Insights & Analytics, Interaction Tracking, and Data Standardization as one portfolio.
Define how unstructured data becomes AI-generated insights customers can act on.
Lead 4 PMs and manage an agile operating cadence across 4 scrum teams.
Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Customer Success, and GTM leadership to align priorities.
Represent Invoca’s data and insights story externally with customers and analysts; travel as needed.
