Job summary

Invoca seeks a Director of Product, AI Platform, to own the Agentic AI domain and supervise two PMs. This remote-friendly role focuses on orchestration, governance, and a unified platform strategy across Data Intelligence and Speech AI.

You will drive external developer adoption, define platform contracts, and partner with engineering, security, and product teams to turn AI capabilities into trusted, scalable experiences for customers in the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with hands-on technical leadership.
• Experience managing PMs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in enterprise platform products and multi-tenant systems.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms and developer ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agentic AI domain product vision and roadmap.
• Lead two PMs for Data Intelligence and Speech AI.
• Define platform contracts, APIs, and governance.
• Drive external developer adoption and partner integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and security teams.
