Job summary

Invoca is seeking a Senior Director of Product to own Revenue Intelligence and Analytics. You will lead four scrum teams and four PMs, shaping strategy across Integrations, Insights & Analytics, Interaction Tracking, and Data Standardization.

The role centers on turning conversational data into trusted, structured insights that drive measurable business impact. You will partner with Engineering, Data Science, and GTM leaders to build a scalable Databricks-based data platform, set a north star

Qualifications

5+ years leading product in enterprise SaaS environments.
Experience turning unstructured data into structured insights.
Experience owning analytics or BI products with customer-facing value.
Comfort with modern data platforms and data lakehouse concepts.
Proven track record hiring and developing product managers/leaders.
Ability to craft and tell a quantified value story to customers and executives.

Responsibilities

Define and own the portfolio strategy across Integrations, Insights & Analytics, Interaction Tracking, and Data Standardization.
Translate unstructured data into actionable AI-generated insights customers can act on.
Partner with Engineering on a Databricks-based data platform to support analytics products.
Drive adoption, retention, and expansion by articulating clear value narratives.
Lead 4 product leaders, maintain high delivery standards, and manage cross-team priorities.
