You’ll build and lead the function at the center of Invoca’s value story — four product areas that together answer one question customers ask every day: what is all this data telling me, and what should I do about it?
These four have historically lived in different parts of the org. We’re bringing them together under one leader because the real opportunity isn’t any one of them in isolation — it’s the connective tissue between them: using AI to turn unstructured conversation and interaction data into structured, actionable insight at scale, delivered in a way customers can see and act on immediately.
We’re looking for a Senior Director of Product to own Revenue Intelligence & Analytics at Invoca. You’ll lead 4 scrum teams and 4 direct reports, each owning one of: Integrations, Insights & Analytics, Interaction Tracking, and Data Standardization. You’ll report to the EVP of Product and sit on the R&D Senior Leadership Team, representing this portfolio in company-level strategy conversations.
The single most important thing this role owns is proving value. Invoca captures an enormous amount of conversational and behavioral data on behalf of our customers. Your job is to make sure that data doesn’t just sit in a warehouse — it gets turned into structured, trustworthy insight, delivered through the product, where customers can point to it and say "this made me money" or "this made my team better." You’ll do this by bringing a strong, AI‑fluent point of view on how unstructured data becomes structured insight, and by building and coaching a team of product leaders who can execute against it.
This is a build‑and‑lead role, not a build‑alone one. We need someone who can go deep enough technically to have real opinions about Databricks‑powered data pipelines and MCP‑driven integrations, and who can also run a team of PMs, set a north star, and hold a high bar for what "shipped value" looks like.
This is a remote‑first role; however, because it requires occasional business travel and client‑facing meetings, we are currently targeting candidates in the following locations: SF Bay
