Job summary

OEC is seeking a senior product leader to guide assigned product leaders, shape the roadmap, and align product strategy with business goals across the SaaS portfolio. The role requires extensive experience in product operations, AI, and executive collaboration.

You will drive talent development, partner with executives, and oversee monetization strategies while delivering high-impact product initiatives. Travel is anticipated 10–20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business/Marketing or related discipline

Responsibilities

• Directs and mentors product team leaders; ensures prioritized execution and removes obstacles.
• Collaborates with senior leadership to drive talent strategies, retention, and engagement.
• Guides creation of product roadmaps, success criteria, and launch plans for clear prioritization.
• Partners with upper management to develop product line strategies and achieve goals.
• Models adaptability by evolving the product portfolio with industry trends and insights.
• Develops business cases for funding and ensures project financial commitments are met.
• Works with technology to improve collaboration between product and engineering.
• Owns product lifecycle management frameworks and investment decision processes.
• Defines packaging, pricing, and market voice aligned with customer insights.
• Defines core services that are revenue-generating and strategically sound.
• Recruits, hires, and onboards new product leaders and staff.
• Supports legal and business development activities.
• Assists in annual department budgeting and resource allocation.
• Continuously innovates on AI usage across products.
