Oec is seeking a senior product leader to define and execute strategies embedding AI into product capabilities and internal processes. You will own the supply chain forecasting and demand planning initiatives, driving measurable improvements in productivity and revenue while partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Customer-facing teams.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years in product management with full lifecycle ownership.
• 3+ years leading AI/ML or data-driven product initiatives from concept to launch.
• Experience defining and tracking product KPIs and designing experiments.

• Defines and executes AI-enabled strategies across product capabilities and internal processes.
• Owns end-to-end product lifecycle from opportunity to post-launch iteration.
• Prioritizes opportunities for AI-driven automation and data-driven insights.
• Translates business problems into clear product requirements with Engineering/Data Science.
• Defines success metrics and experimental designs (A/B tests, pilots).
• Collaborates with OEM field teams and success teams for dealer adoption and ROI.
• Aligns go-to-market strategy, positioning, and pricing for new supply chain capabilities.
• Delivers performance reporting to OEM customers and leadership, tying outcomes to impact.
• Acts as escalation point for product issues and educates stakeholders on AI opportunities and risks.
• Monitors adoption and performance, iterating the roadmap based on data and feedback.
