Qualifications

• 14+ years in product development
• 10+ years of people management
• Experience with AI agents a plus
• SaaS background in PE-backed environment
• Experience with P&L and budgeting
• Strong coaching and leadership skills
• Ability to influence across functions
• Pricing strategy experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor multiple product teams; guide priorities and performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on talent engagement and retention strategies.
• Shape product roadmaps, success criteria, and launch plans.
• Partner with executives to develop OEC and product line strategies.
• Drive portfolio adaptation to industry trends and customer needs.
• Develop business cases to secure funding for product development.
