Wellington Management Co. seeks a Chief Product Owner for Global Operations to shape the AI-native operating model and drive a multi-year product roadmap across Client Operations, Fund Services, Investment Operations and Private Operations.

You will lead a team of Product Owners, align cross-platform priorities, and partner with the CIO to deliver measurable business outcomes while balancing run-the-business with transformational change.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or product ownership with team leadership.
• Experience using AI to redesign operations and improve outcomes.
• Extensive agile/SAFe experience and coaching capability.
• Ability to translate firm strategy into multi-year product roadmaps.
• Financial services or asset management operations exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape and own the Global Operations product vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Define measurable outcomes reflecting client platforms and SLAs.
• Lead a team of Product Owners, set expectations, and coach performance.
• Partner across platforms to align capabilities with future-state workflows.
• Balance change delivery with run-the-business priorities and governance.
