Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12+ years in revenue roles.
• 7+ years leading and developing senior teams.
• Proven ability to scale business development organizations.
• Strong understanding of pipeline generation and qualification methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Development and Sales Development teams across management levels.
• Transform the pipeline motion into a high-performing outbound engine with AI and GTM tech.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate pipeline and team performance.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align strategies.
