Job summary

AvidXchange seeks a visionary leader to drive enterprise technology, business applications, and AI-enabled productivity. You will guide service delivery, architecture, and vendor partnerships while partnering with finance, legal, procurement, product, and engineering to deliver reliable services.

You will shape strategic roadmaps, manage budgets, and lead high-performing teams across internal staff, partners, and vendors to accelerate business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership experience leading enterprise technology, applications, or shared services in high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated success in digital transformation, automation, AI adoption, or modernization initiatives.
• Strong budget, forecasting, and resource-planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise service delivery and IT operations, including service desk, ITSM, asset management, and vendor coordination.
• Own enterprise applications roadmap (CRM, HRIS, collaboration tools) and productivity platforms.
• Lead AI adoption initiatives and governance for responsible use and measurable outcomes.
• Develop strategic operating models, partner with cross-functional leaders, and manage budgets and headcount.
