Qualifications

• 12+ years in business development or revenue-generating roles.
• 7+ years leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to build, scale, and optimize BD organizations.
• Strong understanding of pipeline generation, prospecting strategies, and sales qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD and SD teams, coaching leaders and driving performance.
• Transform pipeline motion into a high-performing outbound engine with scalable playbooks and tech.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for pipeline and team effectiveness.
• Optimize prospecting, qualification, and lead management processes.
