GSK is seeking a senior individual contributor to lead Enterprise AI programs across the global value chain. You will shape AI opportunities, prototype solutions, and guide engineers to deliver high-impact initiatives for field force effectiveness.

You will collaborate with senior business and scientific leaders, translate problems into actionable AI engagements, and design end-to-end engagement frameworks for scalable impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years across pharma, AI/ML product strategy, and product management roles.
• Experience taking technology or AI initiatives from framing to funding and delivery.
• Experience with pharma field force operations, rep coaching, omnichannel orchestration, or field analytics.
• Proficiency with modern AI/ML concepts including LLMs, agentic systems, and digital workers.
• Experience operating as an IC influencing engineering and business teams with frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Hunt for high-value AI opportunities across field force lifecycle and build a global AI product portfolio.
• Quantify value with business cases for finance and executives—time-to-value, revenue uplift, cost avoidance.
• Develop domain patterns in field operations to spot AI-shaped problems.
• Own the Enterprise AI portfolio, maintaining a living view of in-flight and de-prioritized opportunities.
• Define scope, success criteria, and scaling pathways for engagements before kick-off.
