Job summary

GSK is seeking a senior Enterprise AI leader to translate AI promises into measurable impact across R&D, Medical, Commercial, and more. You will define and prioritize AI opportunities, prototype with engineers, and secure executive alignment to land and scale the portfolio globally.

Qualifications

• 15+ years across pharma, AI/ML product strategy, and product management/strategy roles in tech-led teams.
• Proven track record taking an AI initiative from framing to delivery with executive funding.
• Experience in pharma marketing enablement: brief development, global-to-local content, MLR review, or performance measurement.
• Hands-on with modern AI/ML concepts (LLMs, agentic systems, digital workers) via prototyping.
• Experience as an individual contributor influencing engineers and business units without direct reports.
• Background in product management/strategy: sizing opportunities, roadmaps, prototyping, stakeholder alignment.
• Experience coordinating content development workflows and MLR readiness for deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment of high-value AI opportunities across end-to-end marketing enablement lifecycle.
• Build rigorous business cases showing value to finance and executive sponsors.
• Define and size AI opportunities; create briefs for engineering work with clear success metrics.
• Shape engagements end-to-end: scope, success criteria, exit conditions, scaling paths.
• Surface reusable platform capabilities and advocate for scalable, reusable solutions.
• Communicate impact to ELT and board linking AI work to patients and health outcomes.
• Partner with forward deployed engineering leads to translate problems into crisp problem statements and prototypes.
