GSK’s Enterprise AI team translates AI promises into measurable impact across R&D, Medical, Commercial, and Global Functions. This senior IC role shapes high-value AI opportunities, funds deployments, and partners with engineers to ensure meaningful outcomes without directly managing teams.

You will define problem statements, prototypes, and success metrics, guiding engagements end-to-end and ensuring scalable, auditable results aligned with corporate strategy.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in pharma/life sciences, AI/ML product strategy, and product management.
• Proven track record taking an AI initiative from problem framing to funding and delivery.
• Direct involvement with Global Functions (Legal, HR, Finance, Procurement, Corporate Communications) in core end-to-end processes.
• Hands-on work with modern AI/ML concepts including LLMs, agentic systems, and digital workers.
• Experience operating as an individual contributor influencing engineering and business teams.

• Hunt for high-value AI opportunities across Global Functions and build a pipeline of AI products.
• Quantify value with business cases that survive finance scrutiny.
• Shape opportunity portfolios and align with the broader Enterprise AI portfolio.
• Define scope, success criteria, and scaling pathways before kick-off; stay close as engineers execute.
