Qualifications

• BA/BS degree; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years marketing experience with 3+ years leading B2B teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional enterprise teams.
• Ability to translate data into executive-level reporting.
• Experience with AI marketing workflows.
• Experience using Salesforce and Demandbase.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel marketing strategy and ROI.
• Build and scale ABM programs and high-value accounts.
• Partner with Sales; establish SLAs for lead handoff.
• Direct field marketing, events, webinars; tier-based model.
• Own martech stack and data hygiene, attribution.
• Lead team; foster data-driven experimentation.
