Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) seeks a Senior Associate, Demand Generation to own multi-channel programs and ABM campaigns across ICE segments.

You will blend marketing automation with ABM strategy to generate qualified demand and measurable ROI, partnering with sales, product marketing, and marketing operations. You will optimize campaigns, implement AI-powered opportunities, and deliver pipeline insights to senior leadership, while ensuring data quality and cross-functional alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in demand generation, marketing automation, or related B2B marketing discipline.
• 5+ years with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred; others considered).
• 5+ years running ABM programs with Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus.
• 5+ years in Salesforce CRM; CRM-MAP integration experience.
• Experience measuring campaign ROI, pipeline contribution, and spend efficiency.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted features in martech and ABM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and own multi-channel demand generation programs with emphasis on email marketing, automation, and ABM.
• Build and troubleshoot nurture programs and campaign assets; lead technical builds.
• Provide platform training and guidance to the marketing team.
• Analyze campaign ROI and performance; report to leadership.
• Maintain data hygiene and support data needs for leads and qualification.
