Job summary

You will design, execute and scale omnichannel demand generation strategies with an AI-first foundation, own ABM programs, events, and marketing operations, and partner with Sales to drive pipeline and ROI.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years marketing experience, with 3+ years leading B2B marketing teams.
• Ability to translate complex data into executive-level reporting focusing on pipeline momentum and ROI.
• Experience developing and operationalizing AI marketing workflows.
• Experience using modern marketing tools for demand generation and account-based marketing (e.g. Salesforce, Demandbase).

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel marketing strategy integrating AI-driven insights to optimize demand creation, pipeline velocity, MQL-to-SQL conversion, ROI.
• Build and scale ABM programs and tiered GTM approaches with intent data and multi-touch campaigns.
• Serve as marketing partner to Sales; establish SLAs for lead handoff and enable 'Smarketing' with tools (e.g., Seismic, Demandbase).
• Direct trade show and webinar portfolio; implement tier-based operating model for high-impact engagements.
• Partner with data/tech teams to optimize martech stack (Salesforce, Demandbase); ensure data hygiene and attribution.
• Direct strategy, budget and resources for trade shows and webinars across lines of business.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team; foster data-driven experimentation.
